$45/hr

Plust overtime & double time each shift
(not after 40hrs a week)

$7/m

meter bonus (adding another $210 on 30m avg. per shift)

Drilling at Radius

As a Driller with Radius Drilling, you’ll be part of a compact, capable crew working in remote mountain environments. We keep our operation well-supported and well-equipped, with modern rigs, well-stocked support inventories, and a management team you can actually talk to. As a driller with Radius, we expect you to:

Optimize production as part of a team effort that includes support from management to make sure you get the most metres out of every shift.
Operate and maintain top-tier equipment supported by highly organized logistics.
Uphold a culture of safety, while ensuring that rigs stay are efficiently and downtime is minimized.
Work closely with a helper to maintain steady drilling progress, safe workflows, and a positive work environment that rewards hard work.

Location & Schedule

Field work takes place primarily in the mountains of British Columbia and Alberta. The standard rotation is 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, with 12 hour workdays during field operations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of drilling experience
Valid Canadian driver’s license
Current First Aid certification
