Roles at Radius

Foreman

Own the pad.

Leads the crew on site, ensuring safety, quality, and pace. Oversees drill setup, operation and maintenance, while keeping the pad productive and well managed. Trains and supports the team while coordinating daily with clients and operations.

Driller

Turn the drill.

Sets up, operates, and maintains drilling equipment to meet safety and quality standards. Keeps the site organized, oversees the helper’s work, and ensures repairs and maintenance are handled. Communicates daily with the Foreman and Geologist to keep the program on track.

Driller’s Helper

Support the team.

Supports the Driller in all aspects of coring, geotechnical drilling, and site operations. Handles physical tasks like moving rods, preparing equipment, and maintaining water systems. Keeps the site clean, assists with maintenance, and helps move drills safely between locations.
