Plust overtime & double time each shift

meter bonus (adding another $105 on 30m avg. per shift)

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are motivated and eager to build a career in the exploration drilling industry. As a Driller’s Helper, you’ll gain valuable experience in all aspects of diamond drilling while working in some of the most beautiful parts of the country, often accessible only by helicopter. You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced driller and be part of a supportive team that wants you to be successful.

Assist the driller in operating and maintaining the rig safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Move materials and gear between drill sites, often in rugged terrain and variable weather.
Work closely with your team in a camp environment where communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Location & Schedule

You’ll be working based out of field camps in the mountains of British Columbia and Alberta as part of a small crew. Meals, accommodations, and travel costs are covered by Radius Drilling. Expect to spend extended periods in remote areas, typically on 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotations, with 12-hour shifts during active drilling. Each site emphasizes safety, comfort, and teamwork, with quality food and well-maintained camps.

Requirements

0–2 years of related experience (on-site training provided)
Physically fit and motivated to work long shifts in challenging conditions
Valid Canadian driver’s license an asset
Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
